Profile-Payroll Executive

Location-Sahibabad industrial Area
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee salary records, deductions, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data before salary processing.
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with accounts for salary transfers and statutory compliance.
Attendance Management
- Maintain daily attendance records and attendance sheets.
- Monitor employee punch-in/punch-out records.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies with employees and department heads.
Leave Management
- Maintain employee leave records (Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Paid Leave, etc.).
- Track leave balances and approvals.
- Update leave data in HRMS/Excel sheets.
- Prepare monthly leave reports.
Employee Joining Process
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents..
- Create employee records and ID details.
- Coordinate induction and orientation activities.
HR Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support HR and admin activities as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance systems.
- Good understanding of leave management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
