Job Description: Graphic Design Manager – Product & Brand Marketing
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Design Manager who will lead our branding and product marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing design operations and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the graphic design team
- Develop branding strategies and visual identity for the company
- Design and supervise creation of product catalogs, brochures, packaging, banners, and digital creatives
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
- Review and approve all design work before final release
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of branding and product marketing
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing creatives
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and branding
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role
- Experience in product-based or industrial sector preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication
- Additional certifications will be an advantage

Salary (CTC)
- ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum
- Salary will be based on experience, skills, and portfolio

- Act as a central point for all design and branding activities
- Work across departments including Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
- Ensure uniform branding across all products and campaigns
- Support multiple projects and departments under one unified strategy
