Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should possess strong design thinking capabilities, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
Understand business requirements and translate them into user journeys and workflows.
Create user personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps.
Design information architecture and navigation structures.
Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
Design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop layouts that align with branding guidelines and business objectives.
Design dashboards, portals, landing pages, forms, and mobile app interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is preferred.
Knowledge of prototyping and wireframing tools.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Familiarity with Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
Strong visual design and typography skills.
