Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative and facility-related operations at our Devanahalli, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth office functioning and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and official communication.
- Maintain office records, files, documentation, and data systematically.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office assets, equipment, and stationery inventory.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide administrative support during meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance teams.
- Supervise office cleanliness, upkeep, and facility management activities.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Monitor utility bills, AMC schedules, and administrative expenses.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics for employees and management.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and travel schedules as required.
- Manage company office flats including occupancy coordination, maintenance, housekeeping, utility management, and overall upkeep.
- Coordinate with landlords, maintenance personnel, and service providers for smooth functioning of company accommodations.
- Support management in administrative and operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company administrative policies and procedures.
- Handle visitor management and reception coordination professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Office Operations preferred. Freshers with strong coordination skills may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of office budgeting and expense tracking.
