We are seeking a Aptitude Trainer in Adithya Institute of technology , Coimbatore.
Design and deliver aptitude training sessions to enhance students' problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Develop training modules and materials covering various aptitude topics such as quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Organize mock aptitude tests and practice sessions to familiarize students with the format and structure of competitive exams.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aptitude training and incorporate innovative teaching methods into training programs.
- Mentor and motivate students to overcome challenges and excel in aptitude tests and competitive exams.
- Liaise with placement cell to align aptitude training with industry requirements and job placement opportunities.
- Maintain records of training sessions, student performance, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adithya Institute of Technology is seeking a passionate and dynamic Aptitude Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of training B.E. students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Problem-Solving Skills to prepare them for campus placements and competitive examinations.
Qualification :
1) Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Engineering field.
2) Min 1-3 yrs in Aptitude training/competitive exam training/Academic Trainer in related field.
- M.Sc. Mathematics
- M.E. (Any Specialization) with strong aptitude training skills
- UPSC aspirants/candidates with strong aptitude and reasoning knowledge
- TNPSC aspirants/candidates with strong aptitude and reasoning knowledge
- Any candidate possessing excellent aptitude training skills and effective communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct aptitude training sessions for B.E. final-year students.
- Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Thinking.
- Prepare students for campus recruitment drives and competitive examinations.
- Develop training materials, question banks, and mock assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Placement and Training Department to execute training programs effectively.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior aptitude training experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with or without experience who are capable of training engineering students are encouraged to apply.
