We are hiring a Hospital Insurance Executive to manage insurance approvals, TPA coordination, and patient insurance processes. The candidate should have knowledge of hospital insurance procedures and billing coordination.
Responsibilities
Handle insurance approvals and pre-authorizations
Coordinate with TPA and insurance companies
Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
Process cashless and reimbursement claims
Prepare and submit insurance documents
Follow up on pending approvals and claims
Coordinate with billing department, doctors, and patients
Maintain insurance records and reports
Ensure proper documentation for all claims
Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma
Experience in hospital insurance / TPA preferred
Knowledge of insurance claim process
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital software)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail
Preferred Candidates
Experience in hospital billing and insurance
Knowledge of cashless approval process
Familiarity with insurance portals and TPA handling
