We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, a deep understanding of mobile application architecture, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure, maintainable, and user-friendly mobile solutions while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build scalable applications following Clean Architecture and industry best practices.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and security.
- Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
- Implement efficient state management solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, manage pull requests, and follow Git branching strategies.
- Publish, monitor, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex to improve development productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Excellent understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and scalable application design.
- Experience writing unit, widget, and integration test cases.
- Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review practices.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
