We are looking for a smart and result-oriented Sales Executive / Lead Closer for our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, attending meetings, understanding requirements, presenting design solutions, and converting leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound interior project leads
- Connect with clients through calls, meetings, and site visits
- Understand client requirements, budget, and project expectations
- Coordinate with the design team for quotations and presentations
- Present company services and close sales deals
- Follow up with potential clients regularly
- Maintain client database and sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of interior design services and project flow
- Confident in client handling and sales closing
- Ability to explain quotations and project details professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification
- Graduation in any field
- MBA or sales background
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
