The Technical Assistant will provide technical support for the University's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and user support. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and services.
- Provide first level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the maintenance of servers, network devices, and system applications.
- Troubleshoot systems, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in data backup, recovery, and security procedures.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and software applications.
Qualifications:-
- BA /B.Sc./Diploma( Computer Science)
- Hardware Certification course is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of work experiences
