- Prepare and explain repair estimates, costs, and timeframes.
- Obtain customer approvals for repairs and additional work when necessary.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle's service status.

- Communicate customer concerns to the mechanics and ensure accurate diagnosis.
- Provide customers with service recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
