QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA / BE (MECHANICAL)
- Developing and implementing quality control systems: Quality Managers create and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting inspections and audits: They perform inspections and audits to identify and address defects, ensuring that products meet the desired quality and reliability standards.
- Data analysis and improvement: Quality Managers analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions like corrective actions and preventative actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: They work closely with various departments to optimize processes, resolve quality issues, and enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
