Job Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Specialist (47 Years) to drive revenue growth and expand our enterprise customer base for B2B SaaS solutions. The role requires strong experience in enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and stakeholder management across mid-to-large enterprise accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to close complex deals, build long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Execution

Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including lead qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.

Identify and develop new enterprise accounts while expanding existing relationships.

Own regional and account-level revenue targets, pipeline management, and accurate sales forecasting.
Consultative & CXO-Level Engagement

Engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs, Heads of Departments, and key decision-makers through value-driven, consultative selling.

Understand client business challenges and align SaaS solutions with their digital transformation, efficiency, and growth objectives.

Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with presales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to design and present tailored enterprise solutions.

Support RFP/RFI responses, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations in coordination with internal teams.

Provide market and customer feedback to help refine product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Market Development & Growth

Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and enterprise buying behavior to identify new opportunities.

Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B SaaS sales.-
Experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises across industries such as BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Government is a plus.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Exposure to long and complex sales cycles.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements as required.
