Job Title: – Project Head (Civil)
Experience – 5-10 Years
Qualification –Graduate/Engineering (Civil)
Location – Ranchi (Local Candidates only and must own a two-wheeler)
Salary Range – 40,000-45,000/-Month
Key Responsibilities:
To Lead, manage and oversee the construction and procurement process for real estate projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective and quality sourcing of materials, equipment and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with company policies. Local Candidates only and must own a two-wheeler.
The candidate should have prior experience handling residential and commercial projects in the capacity of a Project Head or a similar leadership role.
Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
Should have idea of quality of materials, tools and items being supplied by vendors
Managing parts of construction projects as a Project Head
Overseeing construction work, undertaking surveys and supervising contracted staff.
Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch and Inventory Control.
Taking care all types of activities like store goods, availability of goods in time, proper care and make proper records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Check the quality of incoming and outgoing material.
Should have idea of quality of materials, tools and items being supplied by vendors.
