Job Description:
We are looking for claim executive to manage branch operations, claims processing, documentation, and administrative activities at our Surat branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance claim processing and documentation
- Maintain branch records, files, and operational data
- Manage customer queries related to claims and follow-ups
- Prepare MIS reports, statements, and operational reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim processing and resolution
- Support day-to-day branch administrative activities
- Maintain accurate data entry and record management
- Assist in claim operations and branch coordination
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the Insurance Industry
- Knowledge of claim processing and documentation
- Experience in operations, administration, or claims handling
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
