MITR Hospital is looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting, banking, compliance, reporting, and financial controls for our Navi Mumbai facility. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records in Tally.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, payments, vendor accounting, and cash-flow monitoring.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and monthly financial summaries.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with bankers, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise documentation, finance records, and accounting processes.
Desired Profile
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, or service industries will be preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing finance operations.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
