Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive professional to drive distributor onboarding and expand Wogom’s distribution network. The role focuses on identifying potential distributors, onboarding them, and ensuring smooth business operations to strengthen market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners across assigned regions
Conduct market mapping to identify potential distribution opportunities
Evaluate distributor capability (financial strength, network, reach, infrastructure)
Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and agreements
Ensure proper alignment of distributor with company policies and business goals
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) for smooth onboarding
Support distributors in initial setup, product training, and go-to-market execution
Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback
Build strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
Key Requirements:
Experience in channel sales / distribution / onboarding
Strong network in distributor, wholesaler, and retail ecosystem
Experience in FMCG, FMCD, or consumer goods preferred
Good understanding of territory mapping and market expansion
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to travel extensively
Preferred Background:
Experience in building distribution from scratch
Exposure to general trade and modern trade
Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
