SLT Lighting LLP is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of LED, decorative, and electrical lighting products. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Promote new products, ongoing offers, and premium lighting solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Support showroom merchandising and product displays.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Plus Two candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
