Job Summary:
The EV Lithium-Ion Battery Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of lithium-ion battery packs, cells, and related components used in electric vehicles. The role ensures products meet customer specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of battery cells, modules, and packs.
- Verify product quality against approved specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Perform electrical tests such as voltage, IR (Internal Resistance), and capacity checks.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformities.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery manufacturing and testing processes.
- Understanding of quality inspection tools and measurement instruments.
- Familiarity with battery safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read technical drawings and inspection specifications.
- Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
