- Develop and steward a comprehensive brand identity system, expanding the existing logo into a full suite of guidelines covering typography, colour, layout, and graphic language.
- Apply the identity system consistently across all brand channels—social media, email newsletters, retail touchpoints, and the website.
- Create and maintain thorough brand guidelines documentation, ensuring all assets and records are accurately organized and up to date.
- Partner closely with the social media team to ensure all visual assets (photographs, videos, and graphics) accurately reflect the brand's aesthetic.
- Establish clear visual guidelines for product photography and videography, defining how products should be captured to align with brand standards.
- Manage and evolve brand assets over time, ensuring consistency across new campaigns and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen and refine the brand's visual presence.
Must-Haves
- Strong portfolio across branding and communication design, ideally in the fashion, lifestyle, or culture space.
- Multidisciplinary understanding of brand systems beyond aesthetics and how identity scales across contexts.
- Strong eye for photography and video, with experience contributing to creative direction and visual guidelines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrable interest in textiles, craft, and material cultures.
- Tools & Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Figma, Canva, and Google Workspace.
