We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to join our team and help develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. You will be responsible for server-side application logic, database interactions, and API development, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based services.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Passport.js.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backend development.
Proven experience as a Node.js Developer (X+ years).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or Koa.js.
Experience working with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.).
Familiarity with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
Understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Good understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Server, Hasura).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).
