Job Title: Senior Student Counsellor (Study Abroad)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Student Counsellor to join our team and guide students in pursuing higher education opportunities abroad. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry and strong skills in student counselling, lead conversion, and admissions process handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Manage student inquiries (telephonic, walk-ins, CRM leads) and convert them into admissions.
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, visa processes, scholarships, and financial planning.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents.
- Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
- Coordinate with documentation, admissions, and visa teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and student progress in CRM software.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors in achieving their targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry (counselling/admissions).
- Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, and admission procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
