- Proactive Support : Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and take initiative to manage their schedule, prepare for meetings, and handle various administrative tasks.
- Task Management & Follow -up : Make sure task are completed on time by checking in with people regularly.
- calendar & Schedule Management : Manage the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings.
- Documentation & Reporting : Prepare, format and manage various document, reports, Using MS excel, MS office, Google Sheet.
Skills Required
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant Office Coordinator, or similar administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Graduate (any stream)
- Should be proficient with MS Excel, MS word, Google sheet.
