- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (R&D, Quality Control, Production) and corporate functions.
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and build pipelines for specialized pharmaceutical talent.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top-tier candidates in a competitive market.
- Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Resolve complex employee issues while maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and labor laws.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to industry-specific regulatory standards.
- Manage sensitive employee data with utmost confidentiality.
- Performance & Development:
- Design performance appraisal systems tailored to technical and operational roles.
- Develop training programs on GMP, safety protocols, leadership, and compliance.
- Drive succession planning and career pathing for critical positions.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Benchmark and structure competitive compensation packages, including incentives for shift workers and scientists.
- Administer healthcare, wellness programs, and retirement plans.
- HR Strategy & Analytics:
