Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, maintain project timelines, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the Project Manager.
- Verify measurements and quantities of work executed.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support.
- Coordinate material requirements and maintain inventory records.
- Attend project review meetings and implement action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1 to 7 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply (for Junior Site Engineer roles).
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Time management and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential building construction.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, brickwork, plumbing, and electrical coordination.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
