Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases and social media platforms
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple job roles
- Assist with onboarding coordination and joining formalities
Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal hiring teams to understand role requirements
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to recruitment planning
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records
- Track hiring progress and learn basic recruitment metrics
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Assist with social media hiring posts and recruitment campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of job portals and social media platforms
- Willingness to work from office and learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or academic exposure to HR/recruitment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interest in recruitment trends and HR practices
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
