Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve production processes through time studies, motion studies, and data analysis.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and production schedules to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure quality control through inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Develop production aids, jigs, fixtures, and go/no-go gauges to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support traceability systems, barcode-based quality checks, and production records.
- Drive line balancing and workflow optimization across automated and motorized assembly lines.
- Minimize material waste, rework, and production downtime.
- Coordinate material movement and kit preparation between stores, assembly lines, and departments.
- Prepare daily production reports covering output, rejections, productivity, and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, or production engineering.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and line balancing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
