Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune City. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, website graphics, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials that align with client brand guidelines. Responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing files for both digital publishing and print production. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to ensure consistent visual communication across campaigns. The Graphic Designer will also refine designs based on feedback, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or evolving visual identities and brand style guides.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, pairing, and layout for both digital and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, translate business requirements into visual concepts, and present design rationale clearly.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across digital and print, preferably within marketing or agency environments.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative team in Pune City.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Pay: ₹10,204.72 - ₹34,516.01 per month
