We are hiring an MEP Engineer / Senior MEP Engineer for a premium high-rise commercial building project.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of MEP works including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ELV and related building services. The role requires strong site coordination with civil, architecture, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and low-voltage systems.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, GFC drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to avoid service clashes and rework.
- Monitor installation of conduits, cable trays, panels, DBs, plumbing lines, fire lines, ducts, equipment foundations and service shafts.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution of work.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship as per approved specifications.
- Track daily progress, manpower, material status and pending clearances.
- Support testing, inspection, commissioning and handover documentation.
- Coordinate for DG set, transformer, LT panel, earthing, firefighting system, pumps, HVAC equipment and other building services.
- Ensure safety compliance during installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP execution for high-rise commercial, residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and civil teams.
- Good understanding of drawings, site execution, testing and commissioning.
- Must be willing to work full-time from project site.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
