- Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.
- Monitor production output, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift management of production employees.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and statutory regulations.
- Analyze production losses, downtime, and rejection, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and manpower records.
- Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Pay: ₹10,299.79 - ₹24,175.41 per month
