Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, platformoptimized
content that retains attention, tells compelling stories, and drives audience action. You
will handle high-volume production across long-form YouTube content and short-form social
media formats, collaborating closely with the content, creative, and production teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years video editing experience
- Strong sense of storytelling through editing: pacing, tone, music selection, and cut timing
- Ability to handle high-volume production with minimal supervision
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with or strong willingness to adopt AI video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Kling,
Higgsfield, Veo 3, Seedance)
- Strong file and project management discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into finished video assets for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,
and digital ads
- Apply transitions, motion graphics, animated captions, B-roll, and sound design to enhance
storytelling and retention
- Maintain consistent pacing, visual rhythm, and narrative quality across all content formats
- Integrate AI-generated visual assets (Runway, Pika, Kling) and voiceovers (ElevenLabs)
into edited content where appropriate
- Organise and maintain a structured project file library and media asset management system
- Stay current with editing trends, platform algorithm preferences, and AI production
developments

- Runway / Pika / Kling / Higgsfield
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
