B2B Customer Success Executive
ViralX is hiring a B2B Customer Success Executive to own the complete customer journey after the sale. You'll drive onboarding, training, and adoption — ensuring customers extract real value from ViralX before churn becomes a risk.
This isn't a support function. You'll proactively monitor usage, identify adoption gaps early, and prevent churn through strategic engagement and relationship management.

What Success Looks Like
Post-Sale Ownership
- Take full ownership of customer accounts at close and lead structured onboarding
- Train customer teams on feature adoption tailored to their specific use case
- Run regular check-ins to understand what's working, pain points, and unmet needs
Data-Driven Engagement
- Monitor usage patterns and flag low engagement early
- Spot adoption barriers and proactively re-engage at-risk accounts
- Track churn risk and renewal readiness with accurate, up-to-date account records
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Capture product feedback, feature requests, and adoption challenges
- Route insights to Product and Ops teams to drive improvements
- Identify expansion opportunities (additional seats, accounts, upsells) and hand off qualified leads to Sales
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2–5 years in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, Account Management, or Implementation
- Comfort running product walkthroughs and training sessions
- Ability to read usage data, spot trends, and translate them into action plans
- SaaS/MarTech/creator-tech/agency-software background strongly preferred
A Plus
- Early-stage or startup experience
- Demonstrated ability to reduce churn and drive expansion revenue
Not a Fit If
- Your background is primarily call-centre support or ticket resolution
- You view Customer Success as "help customers when they ask" rather than "drive adoption proactively"
