Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & E-commerce Handling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer queries, processing online orders, coordinating with internal teams, and managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Process and manage online orders from e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt support.
- Track shipments and update customers on order status.
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support and/or E-commerce Operations.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online order management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
