As a Senior Observability / SRE Engineer, you will architect and operationalize end‑to‑end visibility across StoreWeb modernization—delivering metrics, events, logs, and traces (MELT) frameworks that empower engineering teams to detect, prevent, and remediate issues before they impact stores. You will define SLOs, build diagnostic tooling, lead incident‑response maturity, and establish reliability engineering patterns adopted across the organization. This is a high‑impact, deeply technical role—your work will directly influence modernization velocity, platform resilience, and customer experience.
