Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Design & Sales Consultant who can convert inquiries into successful projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interior design, skilled in client handling, and capable of achieving sales targets while delivering excellent design solutions.
The role requires a combination of design expertise, relationship building, sales skills, and project coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition
- Meet prospective clients visiting the Experience Centre.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and expectations.
- Present company offerings, products, materials, and services.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
Design Consultation
- Understand space planning requirements and customer preferences.
- Develop concept presentations and design proposals.
- Guide clients in selecting:
- Materials
- Finishes
- Colors
- Hardware
- Accessories
- Coordinate with the design team for detailed drawings and renders.
- Present designs confidently and address client concerns.
Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare project estimates and quotations.
- Explain scope of work and commercial terms.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company margins.
- Collect booking advances and required documents.
Project Coordination
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team.
- Coordinate with production and project management teams.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend review meetings and update clients on project progress.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Collect testimonials, reviews, and referrals after project completion.

- Experience in interior design sales preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
