Career Maztro is looking for Senior Tele Caller - Join our dynamic team in the role of Telecaller. As a key customer service representative, you will be instrumental in contacting customers over the telephone, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Explain property locations, pricing, configurations, and payment plans while qualifying the client's budget and requirements.
- Persuade interested clients and coordinate site visits with the senior sales team.
- Update call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses accurately inside the company CRM or MS Excel sheets.
- Meet daily targets for calling hours, connected calls, and scheduled site visits
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to schedules and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
