You close creative, growth, and senior hires — not just source them — and you have the HR judgment to oversee how a growing team is run. You've done full-cycle recruitment at a D2C brand, a creative agency, or a fast-scaling startup and owned hiring for at least one function end-to-end. On the people side, you don't need to have personally built every policy from scratch, but you know what good looks like — leave, attendance, onboarding, HR ops — and can set the standard, guide execution, and step in on the calls that matter. You can look at a reel, a design portfolio, an ad account, or a senior candidate's trajectory and immediately tell whether they're the real deal, and you can tell when an HR process is working or quietly breaking.
Talent Acquisition — hands-on, end-to-end
End-to-end hiring for creative roles — social media managers, video editors, graphic designers, content writers, script writers
End-to-end hiring for growth roles — performance marketers, Growth Managers, marketplace and quick commerce specialists (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto)
End-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles — category heads, function leads, and other senior mandates as Earthful scales
Source to offer in 15–20 working days for individual contributor roles, with realistic, founder-aligned timelines for senior mandates
Own time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire as core hiring metrics
Partner directly with founders to define what great looks like for each role, evaluate portfolios and craft, and build an interview experience that reflects the brand
HR & People — manage the function, set the standard
Own the HR function and make sure leave policy, attendance, work-from-office norms, and the employee handbook are in place, current, and actually followed
Set the standard for onboarding and offboarding, so every new hire's first week feels as sharp as the brand — even where the day-to-day execution sits with a coordinator or HRMS
Oversee HR operations — attendance, leave, documentation, payroll inputs — ensuring they run cleanly rather than running them yourself
Own employee relations and grievances, stepping in on the sensitive calls with maturity and discretion
Guide performance reviews and goal-setting as the team grows, keeping them lightweight and founder-aligned
Drive employee engagement and culture — keep the team energised, aligned, and proud to be here
Ensure the company stays on the right side of basic HR compliance as headcount grows
We're a startup scaling fast. Open roles cost momentum, and a shaky people function costs trust. We expect individual contributor positions to close in 15–20 working days and senior mandates to move with real urgency even when they take longer. On the HR side, we expect sound judgment and quick decisions over perfect process. The best hire six months too late is still a miss.
3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment, with meaningful time at a D2C brand, creative agency, recruitment agency, or startup — this is non-negotiable
Track record closing creative, growth, and at least a few senior or leadership hires within tight timelines
Experience hiring performance marketers, Growth Managers, and quick commerce or marketplace specialists
Ability to evaluate creative output independently — reels, portfolios, content briefs — without relying on a hiring manager to filter for you
Solid working knowledge of HR practices — leave, attendance, policies, onboarding, HR ops — enough to set the standard, manage execution, and make sound calls (you don't need to have built every process yourself, but you should know what great looks like)
High ownership, urgency, and genuine comfort working directly with founders on senior, high-stakes mandates and sensitive people matters
Someone ready to own the people function — leading hiring hands-on and managing HR — not just executing requisitions
