What we are looking for
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing for social media platforms, with a strong eye for layout, branding, storytelling, and audience appeal. We are looking for someone who can create visually compelling content across formats — from posters, thumbnails, and social creatives to short videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations.
The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools for image generation, video creation, and animation support, and should be able to blend creativity with speed and digital adaptability.
Experience or interest in Finance, Investments, Personal Finance, Spirituality, or value-based content will be an added advantage, since our content operates in these domains.
Key Requirements
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design / social media design / digital content design
· Preferably worked in social media content creation, digital channels, creator platforms, or online media environments
· Ability to design compelling creatives for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.
· Experience in creating social media posts and promotional creatives, YouTube thumbnails, short-form videos / reels support creatives, motion graphics / basic animations, posters, banners, announcements, and campaign creatives
· Familiarity with AI tools for image creation, video generation, design support, and animation workflows
· Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, color balance, composition, and branding consistency
· Ability to understand content themes and convert them into visually appealing creatives
· Good communication, responsiveness, and ability to work with fast-moving content timelines
Role Responsibilities
1) Social Media Creative Design
· Design engaging and platform-appropriate creatives for social media channels across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
· Create static and dynamic assets such as social posts, story creatives, banners, carousels, promotional posters, event creatives, announcement creatives, branded quote cards / information cards
2) Thumbnail Design & Visual Packaging
· Design compelling YouTube thumbnails and digital cover visuals that improve click-through and audience engagement.
· Understand the role of thumbnails, titles, visual hierarchy, and emotion-led design in content performance.
· Collaborate with content and social media teams to create attention-grabbing visual packaging for videos and campaigns.
3) Motion Graphics, Video Support & Animation
· Support the creation of short videos, reels, animated explainers, motion graphics, and promotional clips.
· Develop basic animation / motion assets for social media and channel promotion.
· Work on intros, outros, lower-thirds, visual inserts, and other video-support design elements where required.
· Assist in making content visually engaging for finance, educational, inspirational, and spiritual themes.
4) AI-Enabled Design & Creative Production
· Use relevant AI tools for image generation, video generation, visual ideation, background enhancement, animation support, and creative experimentation.
· Leverage AI tools to improve speed, ideation, and productivity while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
· Stay updated with emerging tools and workflows in AI-based design and digital content production.
5) Branding & Visual Consistency
· Ensure all creatives are aligned with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and communication style.
· Maintain consistency in typography, layout, color language, logo usage, and overall design standards.
· Adapt designs across multiple languages, themes, and content categories while retaining brand recall.
6) Coordination & Content Execution
· Work closely with the Social Media Manager, content team, speakers, editors, and management to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.
· Handle multiple content requests and manage turnaround times efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
· Participate in brainstorming for campaigns, launches, series branding, and channel promotions.
Skills & Software / Tools
The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of some or most of the following:
Design & Editing Tools
· Canva
· Adobe Photoshop
· Adobe Illustrator
· Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent tools for video/motion support
· Any other relevant design / editing / animation tools
AI Tools
Familiarity with AI tools for:
· image generation
· video generation
· animation support
· creative ideation / mockups
· background enhancement / editing assistance
· social media creative acceleration
Added Advantage
Candidates with exposure to or interest in the following will be preferred:
· Finance / Investment / Personal Finance / Fintech content
· Spiritual / cultural / value-based / motivational content
· Experience creating educational, knowledge-based, or speaker-led digital content
· Familiarity with the visual style and audience expectations of YouTube-led channels / podcasts / digital knowledge platforms
