Experience: Overall, 17 + year in IT. 6 Yrs+ in AI/ML and Generative AI on Google AI platform – Gemini Enterprise Agent platform/Vertex AI.
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Architect with sound knowledge and experience in designing, architecting and implementing agentic ai solutions on Google AI platform – Gemini Enterprise Agent platform/Vertex AI. The candidate should be proficient in LangGraph, Langchain, Python, ADK and should have a deep understanding of AI and ML technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect generative AI solutions on Google AI platform – Gemini Enterprise Agent platform/Vertex AI to meet business requirements.
- Designing highly available, cost-effective, and fault-tolerant systems using GCP services like Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, and Cloud Run
Implementing robust Identity and Access Management (IAM), network segmentation, encryption, and governance frameworks
Using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines
Lead the development and deployment of AI models on on Google AI platform – Gemini Enterprise Agent platform/Vertex AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI development team.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Ensure the implementation of best practices in AI and ML development.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Skill Requirements
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI model deployment and monitoring.
Knowledge of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
Must Have Skills:
Extensive experience in Gemini Enterprise Agent platform/Vertex AI to design a production grade solution for agentic ai.
Having rich experience in Google Cloud Platform
Lead the team to select appropriate framework for development.
Other Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in building ai agents using LangGraph or ADK in Gemini Enterprise Agent platform/Vertex AI.
Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
Hands-on experience in designing and architecting Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions or tools (preferably for infrastructure use-cases) for large enterprise customers.
Should have an innovation mind-set and can build new solutions from the scratch.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic automation, and agent frameworks like Langchain, Lang graph, Gemini Enterprise.
Hands-on experience in Gen AI observability & monitoring via tools like Lang Smith
Experience with deep learning, NLP, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, OCR, and image processing techniques.
Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering and ability to design and build Prompt libraries for various scenarios applicable in Infrastructure.
Thorough understanding of Responsible AI best practices and standards and experience of implementing them in Gen AI/agentic ai related projects
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI/ML projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
