Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SCM Team Lead specializing in Customer Service Projects and Service function related procurement. In this critical role, you will be responsible for strategically planning and directing the procurement of materials and services, overseeing their movement through the entire end-to-end supply chain. Your leadership will ensure we consistently meet financial, quality, and on-time delivery requirements, all while maintaining efficient, cost-effective, and compliant processes.
Your Responsibilities as a Future Maker:
As an SCM Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our supply chain for customer service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Procurement Leadership: Plan and direct the procurement of all necessary materials and services, ensuring their seamless movement through the End-to-End supply chain to meet stringent financial, quality, and on-time delivery requirements.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Ensure the implementation of efficient, cost-effective, and compliant processes across the entire value chain, including adherence to export control and customs regulations.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Analyze market conditions, derive strategic procurement approaches, and actively implement these strategies. This includes managing and negotiating with suitable suppliers, as well as awarding and concluding procurement contracts.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee, plan, operate, and control all Supply Chain / Logistics processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return) within and across companies. You will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders and driving sustainable improvements in both performance and costs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 12-18 years of proven experience in procurement, with a strong focus on customer service projects and service-related functions.
- Education: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
- Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge and practical experience across the entire End-to-End supply chain, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and returns.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, develop robust procurement strategies, and execute them effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Compliance Acumen: Solid understanding of procurement compliance, export control, and customs requirements.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to direct teams, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, and drive results.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
