- Incident Management: Triage, diagnose, and resolve L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to clinical applications, APIs, and databases.
- User & Workflow Support: Map clinical workflows into the software, ensuring systems are tailored to hospital policies.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine monitoring, application upgrades, patch testing, and access management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between clinical staff and IT vendors or developers to push for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all application data handling complies with healthcare privacy and security standards.
