AV Security & Allied Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager/Head who can generate significant business and contribute to scaling the company.
The ideal candidate should be capable of bringing new clients, closing high-value deals, and managing key accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients in security services, housekeeping, and facility management
- Identify opportunities in corporates, industries, warehouses, malls, hospitals, and institutions
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Meet decision-makers and present company services effectively
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development
- Experience in security services or facility management industry preferred
- Strong network and client connections in Delhi NCR
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of closing deals
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
