We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. Your main goal will be to keep our guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces completely clean, tidy, and comfortable. Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing sheets, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and emptying trash cans.
- Public & Common Areas: Keep hallways, elevators, lobbies, stairwells, and team break rooms clean, organized, and free of litter.
- Restocking & Organization: Check, organize, and restock your housekeeping cart with fresh linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities at the start and end of every shift.
- Maintenance Reporting: Quickly report any broken items, maintenance issues (like leaky faucets or burnt-out lights), or forgotten guest belongings to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly, following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous cleaning, hotel housekeeping.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness, ensuring rooms are perfectly set up for new guests.
- Reliability: Punctual, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
