Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations / Delivery Head – UK Mortgage to lead large-scale UK Mortgage operations within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large delivery teams, client relationships, operational performance, compliance, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UK Mortgage operations across multiple locations.
- Manage a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.
- Own service delivery, quality, productivity, SLAs, and operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead governance meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure compliance with UK mortgage regulations, audit, and risk controls.
- Drive automation, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage workforce planning, capacity planning, hiring, and leadership development.
- Own financial performance, including revenue, budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Support business growth, transitions, and account expansion initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Banking/Mortgage certifications are an advantage.
Additional Information
- Experience in the UK Mortgage domain is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel or relocate across India as per business requirements.
