Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.

Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings.

Develop plans, elevations, sections, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Support project teams in design coordination with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary consultants.

Participate in site analysis, documentation, and preparation of design reports.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Assist in preparing construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project stages.

Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of BIM/Revit workflows will be an added advantage.

Experience in mixed-use, commercial, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
