Job Opening: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business functions across our import and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing orders, dispatches, inventory, and team coordination, especially in a fast-paced trading or wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer orders (online platforms and walk-in clients)
- Oversee order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
- Monitor payments, billing, and follow-ups with customers and vendors
- Coordinate with store staff and ensure timely task execution
- Assign tasks and supervise junior staff for smooth daily operations
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, and returns
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
