1-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate to manage end-to-end post-admission operations for MBBS Abroad students. This includes coordination with universities, master agents, visa teams, and travel partners to ensure a seamless student journey from admission to departure.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Handle post-admission queries from students and parents
Assist in application form filling, submission, and tracking
Collect, verify, and manage student documents as per university requirements
Coordinate with universities and master agents for offer letters, admission status, and updates
Manage university-specific checklists and ensure timely completion
Coordinate with visa teams for documentation, filing, and status tracking
Assist students with travel processes (flight guidance, departure readiness, pre-departure checklist)
Ensure regular follow-ups with students for pending steps
Maintain accurate and real-time updates in CRM systems
Work closely with internal teams (counselling, visa, partnerships) for smooth execution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Turnaround Time (TAT) for query resolution
% of completed student files within defined timelines
Visa and application processing accuracy
Student/parent satisfaction score
CRM update accuracy and adherence
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
1–2 years of relevant experience in operations / coordination / study abroad processes
Freshers with strong communication and execution ability can also apply
Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English is mandatory
Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an added advantage
Preferred Background:
Experience in MBBS Abroad Consultancy
Exposure to university coordination / master agent handling
Basic understanding of visa and travel processes
Experience in Study Abroad / EdTech operations
Key Skills Required:
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to manage multiple students and deadlines
Understanding of admission, visa, and travel workflows
CRM handling and strong follow-up discipline
