To implement and strengthen the Education & Training Pillar by developing Gemba competencies across furniture and mattress manufacturing processes (EW, SW, Sofa, Office chair, Mattress) improving skill and enabling multi-skilling, supporting sustaining 5S workplace management, TPM deployment to reduce losses in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety and enhancing the morale of employees.

7.Knowledge Management: Best practices, Kaizens, Process learnings, Standardize training content across shifts and lines.
