Core Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Conceptualize and develop new product collections through sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations (e.g., in Rhino, SketchUp, or Photoshop).
- Technical Specification: Create technical drawings, blueprints, and specs (e.g., CNC files) for production, ensuring feasibility and quality.
- Trend & Market Research: Analyze home decor trends, colors, and materials to design products that align with target market needs and seasonal collections.
- Prototyping & Sampling: Develop and test prototypes to refine aesthetics and functionality before mass production.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with manufacturing teams, artisans, and merchandisers to ensure design integrity is maintained from prototype to final product.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A degree in Product Design, Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Technical Software: Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D design tools such as AutoCAD, 3DSMax,Rhino, Keyshot, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Material Knowledge: Understanding of materials like wood, metal, textiles, and ceramics to evaluate and select the best options for production.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, hands-on experience in product design.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
