Contract Management & Documentation
· Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, indemnity bonds, and other legal documents.
· Assist in the preparation and execution of commercial agreements, vendor agreements, service agreements, and distributor agreements.
· Maintain contract databases and ensure proper documentation, version control, and record management.
Litigation & Dispute Support
· Assist in handling litigation matters by coordinating with external advocates, solicitors, and consultants.
· Prepare case summaries, briefs, chronologies, legal notices, replies, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
· Track court matters, hearing dates, legal notices, and compliance timelines.
· Maintain and update records of ongoing litigation, consumer complaints, and regulatory proceedings.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
· Support legal compliance activities and assist in statutory and regulatory filings.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including Consumer Protection, Legal Metrology, Food Safety & Standards (FSSAI), Direct Selling Guidelines, Contract Law, and Labour Laws.
· Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related documentation and information.
Legal Research & Advisory
· Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, regulatory developments, and industry-specific legal issues.
· Prepare legal notes, summaries, opinions, and compliance updates for management and business teams.
· Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact business operations.
Business & Internal Support
· Provide day-to-day legal support to various business functions and departments.
· Respond to routine legal queries and assist in resolving operational legal issues.
· Support internal investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections as required.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
· Ensure structured record keeping, document retention, and legal knowledge management practices.
· Maintain repositories of legal precedents, templates, agreements, notices, and regulatory communications.
· Prepare periodic reports relating to contracts, litigation, and compliance matters.
Qualification & Skills
· L.L.B. from a recognized university.
· 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
· Strong legal drafting, research, and documentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management.
· Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within strict timelines.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
