About the Role: We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team as
Fundraisers / RMOs. The role involves interacting with airport passengers, creating awareness
about our social initiatives, and encouraging them to support our cause through donations.
Key Responsibilities: - Engage with passengers at airport premises - Explain the mission and
impact of the organization - Inspire individuals to contribute towards social causes - Achieve
fundraising targets - Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively - Handle
donor data and documentation
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) - Strong convincing and
interpersonal skills - Confident and well-groomed personality - Willingness to travel across India -
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
